Conventional method such as using Gauges and CMM are obsolete now. 3D Scanner can generate the scan data of physical part which can be compared with designed CAD Data. Our processes can be used to generate inspection report, Cad verification report as well as cross section and easy to understand color plot. Color error plots can identify the problem areas easily and marked those with different colors.
